Orders are processed from 1-3 business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting again on Monday. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and  public holidays.

Shipping prices are based on shipping distance and order weight. Domestic orders will ship via Australia Post.  We ask all standard domestic orders to allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery from the date of purchase.

We ship to most countries outside of Australia. International orders will ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. We ask all standard international orders to allow up to a month for delivery due to the current climate. Please note that all international customers are responsible to pay for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or similar customs-related fees.
